I decided to come in last night regardless of the reviews. Great service and great quality as usual. I see a lot of people here... complaining about this place over ?waiting time?, this is not FAST FOOD. Wings/ bread are fresh. Funny how people are quick tocomplain but would wait at some drive-thru for 30 minutes and not say anything. Most of the time people complaining areexaggerating over a 10 dlls meal ? talk to the managers before actually posting stuff that really hurts businesses. Update: I came back to add 4 stars. Food is good, always call ahead to order. ______________________________ Previous... review: I've ordered from here 3 times. The 3rd time, I waited 40 minutes for 2 meals, after they said it would be 10 minutes.I was nice because I understand that the service industry can be hard. The food was good but takes WAYYY TOO LONG! Anyway, Iwant to try one more time since this location is closest to me. I'll update after today. BRB. Read more

I would give zero stars if I could. 1st off...I am a HUGH Epic Wings fan. Loved them for years...but this location is horrible.... They dont clean their food properly. Okay...I know its chicken wings and sometimes you can get a root from a feather on awing...it happens. It cant be perfect. However. I ordered wings today, was half way through and noticed one of my wings lookedfunny. Ummmm it was COVERED in feathers. I pulled some off not even realizing at first what it was. They are all over it. It isclear this wing did not get cleaned correctly. Which is scary...what else did they miss if they can miss an entire wing withfeathers??? I will never eat at this location again. Negative 5! ???????? This place has always been so slow even when you call ahead, But beside the point. Unbelievable bad... customer service, how sad is it that franchise owners leave their businesses in hands of terrible employees. This so called?manager? OMAR was not able to add a side of chili peppers , because he said there was no button for it in the system,apparently he wanted my friend to buy a whole other salad to be able to add it in the system. just so Unbelievable STUPID. Therewas a million ways he could have charge / added the side of chillies , or resolve the situation but he just wouldn?t do it. If I could, I'd give them no stars just as I was forced to walk out with no wings, no an apology, nor anything else but my time... wasted. My girlfriend wanted lunch before work so I called the new Dennery location and before placing my order asked for thewait time to see if this was a viable choice for us at the time. I was told the wait was 10 minutes by Diana so I placed asmall, simple order - after a 30 minute wait I had to leave and asked for my money back. If they had been honest about the waittime we would have simply ordered tonight instead. This is not a complaint about the wait time, in fact, that's why I askedabout it before ordering as I can understand that they may, at times, be backed up with orders. Instead, this is a complaintabout the dishonesty of the employees I interacted with, their poor customer service (or complete lack thereof), and to warnothers that their time is not valued here and that you ought to invest your time and money at other locations (such as Plaza orChula Vista) instead. We've frequented the aforementioned locations often over the years even before the name change and this isthe first time that I've had such a negative experience. The front end employees are clearly new hires and it is not their blameto be had, but rather poor management that lacks the customer service skills themselves rendering them incapable of passing onthese necessary skills to the new hires. I know this because apparently it was a manager with whom I had this sorry experiencewith. They had ample opportunity to not waste our time; first, when I called and asked about the wait time and second, theycould have alerted me about the order being delayed before I paid. Instead, my time was wasted.
