I haven't been here in awhile but it was fairly disappointing. First, there is no longer a menu which I'm assuming there was a... business decision for removing it but I don't want to create my own. WOW $2.75 PRICE INCREASE Dont be a victim to new higher prices $11.75 for the same size bowl with the disguise your getting more... nutrients. The employees wont tell you that you can still get the old blended bowl option for the same price. Love this location in spite of the horrible parking conditions which is definitely not a reflection on the business. The staff... is incredible in fact, once I ordered, the Young Man behind the counter asked if I was a fan of peanut butter to which I saidYES!!! He made a special effort to not only perfect my order but he delivered it to me while I sat outside talking to my son. I've visited 3 locations and have never been disappointed! Read more
My family and I visit here often, and their bowls are very good. $8 each is pretty expensive, but the bowls are massive- usually... I can barely finish mine. I do wish that they would offer a smaller size, though. I recommend the Everbowl or the On a Datebowl- those are my favorites. The staff are almost always very friendly and helpful. The only reason that I don?t give them 5stars is because of a couple of bad experiences that I?ve had. I have a milk allergy, and it surprises me how many times theyhave gotten my bowl mixed up and accidentally put whey powder in, considering that it?s the only dairy ingredient they have. NowI just tell them that I have an allergy, and they?re more careful. Two of the times that they did mix up my bowl, they were veryapologetic and remade it for free. The other time, however, one of the workers scolded me for not asking an employee to labelthe bowls so that they didn?t mix them up. Ordered a $9.99 bowl. Was rang up for over $12. Found out the are charging a covid fee on their bill. My issue is they don't... post it on the menu or even tell the customer. I also noticed they are giving way less fruit and trying to put cheap oatmeal orchia pudding instead. Definitely not worth $12. Wil not be returning. Read more
