I love Flora. Spencer is the best because he greets us with a smile and is always happy to see us. The other servers know us and... welcome us every time as well. I get a family vibe when I come. They know what we like so we try to visit at least once a week.Jose is great too because he is always friendly. I love the whole crew. We like that Fridays there is a DJ so that after we canfeel a little young lol. I want to say Flora is doing a good job of catering to their local customers. Thank you so much. The food was good, however the problem arises with the payment. My family went there using gift cards purchased at Costco, and... they took the gift cards, and gave us back the empty ones and not the ones with remaining money left on them. They stole over$50 from us by giving us back blank cards. The manager did say we could come back and they would reload a card for us with themissing money, but they are located a half hour away and gas is over $6, so it is losing us a lot of money either way. Therestaurant staff needs to be trained better, and be more careful to give customers back the correct gift cards. Read more

Flora has become one of my wife and I's go to spots. The food is excellent and all of the servers are friendly and attentive.... The restaurant itself is gorgeous inside with a very nice ambiance. While often very busy, it is not loud inside, whichbissomething I appreciate. We came here for Christmas Eve dinner and had the artichokes to start. Tender served with their stems inolive oil, lemon and garlic. We get them everytime. Their that good. For entre we had the filet mignon and lobster. The lobsterwas the star of the evening. It was a whopping 12 ounces of sweet and flavorful lobster. The texture was perfect, firm andsucculent! The was a melted butter served on the side that I think had a touch of garlic in it. If you like real Italian food, this is the place to be!!! I'm so picky with Italian food because... of course I am Italian!!! I... recently ordered with my wife, a frittura mista and 2 pizzas plus a tiramisù for dessert and the taste was amazing, I'm notkidding, mozzarella was real mozzarella melting in your mouth!!!! ask for Alessandro (the server) when you place your order atthe table, he is 100% Italian, friendly and fun! Despite Reviews suggesting poor service, this was not my experience. If anything, service was exceptional. If I could have... given half stars, Flora would have received a 4.5 from me...now on to my review: The pros: The flora pizza was delicious andcame out promptly. At 15 dollars, it was a reasonable price and I would order it again. (5 stars) Service was excellent. The SeaBass was really good. (4.5 stars) The Steak and Fries were good (4 stars) The cons: When we entered, the host greeted us andasked "How may we help you?" It was an odd question and we weren't so sure we were welcome. He later clarified if we had areservation or not. We didn't, but it was no problem to get seated anyways. I ordered a white wine, and it came out roomtemperature. Typically, they're chilled. The Steak and Fries needed something else other than just fries on the side. Maybeasparagus or some other veggie. It was an overly generous amount of fries, but for the price, they really needed one moreside. They offer bread and butter for free. Unfortunately, the butter comes in packets. For a place with such high prices, theyreally shouldn't be serving them in packets, just seemed to bring the restaurant down a bit.
