So glad I tried this place! It?s been saved on my Yelp for a minute now. When we pulled up parking wasn?t too bad, there was a... parking lot right next to the building so don?t stress if all the street parking is taken. Once we walked up we say peoplesitting on the benches Ewing their food and it was just a nice and calm inviting place. When we walked in the line was right atthe door. From the time we got online until we ordered was about 15/20 minutes. Not too bad honestly and good food is alwaysworth waiting for. We ended up ordered a Poke plate with half salad, half brown rice, with Garlic Salmon Poke, Ono-licious andthe Gingah spread poke! The Garlic Salmon Poke was nice and fresh, good flavor and just perfect honestly no complaints! TheOno-Lucius was perfectly flavored, also very fresh and they drizzled on they?re teriyaki sauce which really brought the wholething together, honestly I would come back and get it again, and the Gangah was tuna that was also fresh, but was lightlyseasoned; still good! But just not as enjoyable as the other two pokes. The kalua potk steamed bao bun was very tender anddelicious. I wanted to order a spam misubu but didn?t see it on the menu when we got to the front of the line. Then, after Ipaid, there was a small little sign that said misubis and the price but at that point it was too late :/ but I?ll get it nexttime! Over such a good place! Can?t wait to go back! We went on a Wednesday and was surprised to see no line out the door. Maybe the heat and humidity drove people to stay indoor... with AC this week. Usually it is good to come around 11:30AM to avoid the crowd. The fish in the poke is super fresh. Priceis not cheap. A scope of fish is $8. A scope of rice and poke is $14. One can choose between white rice, brown rice, orsalad. If you want quality poke, this is the place. Read more

Keep in mind that they open at 10am but if you want fish and chips, it doesn?t start until 11am. Ordering is simple by picking... your size (small - 1 scoop, medium - 2 scoop, or plate - 3 scoop), with rice or salad. All the poke are pre marinated. Camehere twice already and the first time I got the small bowl with shoyu ahi poke over salad. This was the most basic and it didn?thave enough flavors for me but the one scoop was very generous but barely had any salad and I felt robbed. Boyfriend got themedium over rice with spicy ahi poke and aloha special which was a mix. Then he added extra sauce on top for more flavor. Thatwas a pretty good bowl. Then we got half an order of fish and chips which took 15 minutes and a few musubi. Fish and chips werefresh and huge! The musubi had the spam on top vice in the middle. It was also half the size of a spam as if they cut it half soit was thin but it had plenty of teriyaki sauce. They change out poke flavors so the second time I came, I got the plate withbrown rice and picked bluefin tuna (+$3), cilantro garlic poke and fire cracker salmon. All three had the best flavor. I wantedthe fish and chips but it was too early. That was a disappointment. Read more

I understand why the line was out the door, the food here is amazing! Super fresh and tasty poke, some of the best I've tried.... Although the line was long, i think we only waited 15 minutes tops, probably less. We got a poke plate ($18) and it was enoughto share between two people. I'll be back to try other items and flavors! I never knew about this place until my co-worker took me here for lunch. I tried the Poke...and this place has great Poke! I... had the Spicy Ahi and Spicy Salmon Medium bowl with brown rice. The fish was very fresh, and their spicy sauce was very tasty. Soooo good! It was a bit busy at lunch time, but well worth the wait! I am definitely coming back here soon! Read more

We got three of the pokey bowls, the fish tacos and the fried fish special. I would go back for all of these dishes. The fried... fish was particularly delicious. We got two orders of it, and it was all devoured. I?m excited to try some of the other pokedishes from them, as the selection looked very good. The chunks of fish were generous, and had wonderful seasoning. We got ourfood to go, but they do have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating available. Read more

Update 8/15: We haven?t been here for a few months and wanted to revisit. It definitely got more popular!! Even though the line... was out of the door, the wait was probably only 20 mins. Like always, they had a fresh Poke section also a lot do extra thingsas well. They?ve added new dishes to the menu like fish tacos, fish & chips, etc. The food was fresh and delicious likealways, a slice of Hawaii. Will continue to come back :) Original review: This place reminds me of Hawaii. Now before youcall me Captain Obvious, it?s more than just the atmosphere. It?s the food! Some of the best Poke we?ve ever had was inHawaii. Something about the consistency and the smoothness of the fish puts it on another level. The flavoring isamazing. This is not a build-your-bowl type of poke place. All you need is fish and rice! My favorite here is the Californiaand Spicy Mayo. Delicious! Read more
