the service is very bad the server came by and we have not even received the food we had ordered yet and he came by and was... charging us for the check already !!! he also demanded that we pay him the tab in cash ! that their card service was notworking. Server pestered and was not polite at all about serving. He said he just got told that he needs to go until the lasttable is waited on and continued to pester us to hurry eating terrible service. The waitress was pretty rude. I don't know if she was just having the worst day or what but there was absolutely 0 pleasantries.... Approached the table with "What do you want?" And didn't ask about sides or anything. On top of that we had to wait for ever fora check and she never checked in on our table. The restaurant itself was decent, they still have partitions between tables whichis nice but they look so gross and are filled with kids dirty fingerprints. Read more

The server sat us down and walked away without saying anything. Saw her sitting at a booth. Five minutes of sitting there with... no one saying anything to us. I made a loud but nice comment about wanting drinks. Still nothing. The restaurant had NO othercustomers. I could see the cook on his phone in the kitchen. After another 5 minutes of sitting there with no one coming upto us or even acknowledging that we were there. We got up. I said "thank you for the horrible customer service." And left. Read more
I was actually impressed eating here. The only reason we came is because we were waiting for an oil change to be done and was... hungry and I was wanting eggs benedict and they have gluten free pancakes/waffles. The staff was super friendly and the placewas clean. Food was hot when arrived at my table. I would really consider coming back to eat every now and then. Read more

Our server, Lupe, needs a raise!! She was amazing - seemed to be running the place by herself. I was there on a typically busy... Tuesday morning for breakfast and she was quick to seat us, take our order and keep on top of the cook to be sure we got ourorder fairly quick. She even took my payment at the table! Probably cleaned up after we left too! I ordered the strawberrybanana French toast combo and it was delicious! My soda was a bit flat and Lupe had no problem quickly switching it out with afresh OJ. This IHOP is close to home and has been a fave for years but the service has never been the superb! I hope to seeLupe there again! Read more
