Absolutely love coming here. This one is by the mall. There pancakes melt in your mouth yummy also had a ham and cheese omelet... special. It was just the way I love it and so much cheese. Food was great as always but the service today was especially bad, it took 30 mims to get our order taken after we sat down,... then the drinks took another 15 mins, just plain slow and not very good. Read more
I?m putting 3 stars because the food was good, but GINA my waitress was the worst one we could get!!! She took our order brought... it to our table and that was it, she never asked if we needed anything else, she never came back to our table until we asked forthe check. She did passes by our table several times and approached a customer who was seating next to our table (which wasn?ther table) and asked if everything was ok, if he was doing good, and even several personal questions, she just didn?t want toserve us!! By other hand HAILEY which wasn?t our waitress was super nice and helpful when we asked for additional things that weneeded, she helped us with a smiley and the best attitude posible even when she wasn?t our waitress. Worst Experience Ever. Horrible Service. Our severed messed up a Banana shake 2 times! No one ever asked if we needed... anything until we finished. Found a broken piece of plastic from the blender in the 2nd shake that my daughter could haveswallowed, but luckily I pulled it out of my mouth when I drank the shake.... Read more
If I can give my experience a zero I would. I couldn?t believe how horrible the service was. Our order was simple yet half the... things we ordered did not come out. The moment I walked in the staff was unpleasant. My server was unpleasant. She lookedannoyed the whole time. Take your money and go to a different IHOP! Waiting for my meal, I felt as if I have aged. Not only did it take a long time, but every single employee was rude to me; even... THE BUSBOY had colorful words to say to me and now recently divorced wife. I asked for the manager, and when the manager arrived(Segway and all!), they proceeded to scold AT ME and flipped me off. Now naturally, it became a bit awkward but we finallyreceived our solid-as-a-brick pancakes and instead of over easy eggs, I had received hash browns but nonetheless I digress.0/10, I will begin phasing out my patronage off this establishment by 2023. Super long wait with very few customers here .. finally got our DISGUSTING food chicken hard !! My husband ordered cowboy... cheeseburger DISGUSTING my kids got hard pancakes??? It was good, It seems that they are coming back to pre-Covid level service, except only had dispenser of maple syrup on the... table. They used to have three or four different kinds. This location was surprisingly very busy. I guess a lot of folks fromTijuana come their to eat while on shopping trip to the outlet mall. It was great environment. Read more
