The curry tofu sandwich is excellent. I had it with focaccia.

It was decent. Let?s talk about the bad first, to get it out of the way. Someone in my party got a bagel scramble that I was... able to try. It was an underwhelming bagel-and-egg sandwich that most people can pretty easily recreate at home. I ordered aniced americano, and the roast was a little dark for me. There was a little citrus, but the bitterness was overwhelming. It kindof tasted like an orange peal. Cafés that heavily promote their syrupy coffee drinks tend to over roast their espresso, sincethe harsh bitter taste of really dark coffee is the only coffee flavor that can pierce through the intense sweetness of all theadded sugar, and this is probably why the espresso was so dark at Influx. As a final nit picky thing, the bathrooms are hard tofind, but the staff is more than willing to help you. Which leads us into the good. The costumer service was great. The staffanswered all of my questions (and helped me find the bathroom) with a smile on their faces. I ordered the traditional bagel (w/otomatoes). It was really good, and although it was expensive, I?d order it again. The aforementioned party member ordered theiced brewed coffee, which was not bad. It had the same citrus taste, but without the overpowering bitterness of the americano. The citrus was not clear enough to pick out specific flavor notes though. Read more

Amazing tofu sandwiches/bagels! It's not always easy to find a high protein vegan option at cafés, and these are especially... tasty. The coffee is also great quality, and there is tons of outdoor seating to hang out with your dog. Read more

Cappuccino was amazing. Love the Oatly oak milk. Had the traditional (lox) and really enjoyed the salmon and extra large capers.

Great place. I eat at Influx every Saturday just after 11 with a large group. They are very accomodating. I recommend the Feta 3... or The Traditional and their iced teas (I like the blood orange). Read more

Always good coffee and very close to home, so I?ll ignore the occasional bad days they may have from time to time. And whoever... does their baking? I need to have my sweet tooth extracted. ???? Good place to work or meet, but 30th can get loud on occasion. Read more

Earlier this morning I took my car into a new and highly recommended mechanic. I will post a review on that later. I did not get... to eat anything before leaving to take the car in, so I walked around the local South Park neighborhood in search of coffee andbreakfast. Although there are a lot of restaurants in this area, most of them were not open and do not open until 11 AM. Cameinto influx café and in reviewing their menu decided to try the bagel scramble and an americano. What can I say? OMG. Thatbagel was so good I think I died and went to heaven LOL. It was perfectly prepared and a very generous size portion for theprice. In other words the price was very reasonable for the serving of food that I received. Every bite of that sandwich wastasty and wonderful . I may have to keep bringing my car here so that I can have a reason to come here for breakfast LOL. And,I have not yet mentioned that the Americano tasted great as well. This restaurant uses solar power to roast their coffee beansand I appreciate that because in addition to providing excellent food and coffee, they are working to care for theenvironment. When you are in so far and looking for coffee or breakfast, stop at influx café and check them out!! I highlyrecommend them and I will be back. Read more
