I have no problem with not being able to call but at least give an option to request crispy! Especially since your wings are... soggy which completely ruins it for me. Tried to order online, kept getting unexpected errors. So I call, can?t place order over the phone. so I go to the Chilis... location it says it works out of. They don?t take in person orders. So the only way to order is through door dash which adds aservice charge to pick your own food up. Hard pass. Read more
The regular wings are Just subpar, soggy Wings. Most wings were a good size, with okay sauce, but there's absolutely no way to... contact them. I wish I could have asked them to cook them more for some crisp, but their phone number is just a recordingstating exactly that. If you try the one in Clairemont, please know it is at Chili's and you pick it up from their To-Go spot. They don't specify that clearly enough. However, I did try them one more time. This time I ordered the smoked wings and theywere crisp. For those wings, I just wish they had more BBQ options. Regardless, go with the smoked wings. Read more
