We stopped in for dinner, and they seemed short handed. We were sat in a booth and told the bar tender would be our server. She... was very nice and attentive, and looked very busy. My online order was not in their system when I arrived to picked it up. I showed my email confirmation and location, date, time... were all confirmed correct. My card was charged and I showed them that as well. They said place the order again and we'll havethe kitchen make it right away. I asked for a receipt showing that my card will be refunded for the first mysteriouslydisappearing order, but they couldn't give me one because the order didn't exist in their system. I was assured that the chargewould be reversed automatically since the first order was never fulfilled, but the charge remained on my card after a week.Multiple phone calls to eventually talk to a manager who told me that they were able to look up my order with the order numberin my confirmation email, and I will be refunded. I didn?t realize it was chilis. I?m not a huge fan of their wings. They were not very good. I wish they hadn?t hid this.
