One of my most favorite foods is Poke and I have now found the best of its kind in San Diego! My favorites are the Furikake... Salmon and the Shoyu Ahi, but every bite of everything on the menu is delectable. They are not kidding when they say Fresh. Thesauces are truly the same as I have had when visiting Hawaii and the presentation of fish along with the best sticky rice makesyour mouth water. Their location changes up with the days of the week, so be sure to follow them on Instagram or FB. Oh... andlove the looks of the truck itself. Most definitely the best poke I have had in California, if not California and Hawaii. You can really tell the difference in the... texture and taste between frozen raw fish and fresh raw fish. At It's Raw it don't come any fresher. The sauces are authenticand addicting. So stoked there is a truck now! Read more
