Fast paced lunch rush in the drive through, my tie fighter was seventh in line when I pulled up but i refrained from blasting my... way to the head of the line, despite the itchy trigger fingers. Everyone, I advise you to avoid this Jack in the box at 9215 Clairemont Mesa Blvd and drive to nearby locations at 3801 Murphy... Canyon Rd, San Diego, CA 92123 and 10809 Tierrasanta Blvd, San Diego, CA 92124. I had the WORST experience and HORRIBLE customerservice. I put a mobile order in for my friend and me tonight to have dinner and selected the drive-thru option to pick up ourfood. Upon pulling up to the speaker Rosa, the manager in the picture below, was extremely rude, and I told her that I put in anorder on the JITB app and pulled up to the window. She's say's that I owe her $4 for a milkshake (that's in her hand) that Ididn't order. I let her know my name for my order. She gave it away to the car in front of me. I pulled out my phone to show herproof of purchase and that she had made a mistake. She refused to cook my order again or return my money. She continued todismiss my claims of paying for food and not receiving it. She continued to say it wasn't her fault even though she was the onehandling drive-thru. She kept telling me to leave her drive-thru because she had customers behind me that was waiting, and shethreatened to call the police on me multiple times. She also closed the window in my face when I was talking to her. Overall Ileft being charged for food I did not receive. She has to be the worst manager in all of San Diego. That is no way a managershould conduct themselves?never returning here again. I advise you all to go to nearby locations that treat customers withrespect and take accountability for mistakes that happen. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The disrespect on this sandwich order. So I went back and got my order fix. I am thankful for the service. If this is... corporate or franchise they should reconsider removing the timer so employees can take their time on making the customers foodthere is nothing wrong with having customers wait for a delicious good quality food. After reading all of the hype about the new Spicy Chicken sandwich that's supposed to compete with the Popeye's Spicy Chicken... sandwich, I decided to try one. Jack in the Box's entry into the chicken sandwich war is a total failure. Although the menuboard and print ads claim the chicken fillet is thicker, it is not. It's about half the thickness of the Popeye's Chickenfillet. Spicy? Nope, not even half as spicy as the Popeye's version. Overall size? The chicken fillet doesn't even cover thebun. Juicy? No, it was pretty dry. In every aspect, it does not even come close to being a contender in the chicken sandwichwar. The top contenders remain Chick-fil-A and Popeye's. Read more
