Out of 2,227 Jack in the Box locations, this must be the best one! It's always clean and smells good even the kitchen looks... clean at all times. The bathrooms clean, real clean! But the most important thing is the food is better at this Jack In The Boxand any other job in the Box I've ever eaten at and I've been a fan for over 50 years! The hamburgers taste better the tacoslook and taste better then all the other Jack in the boxes! They should make the managers of all of the other locations comeand work shifts here so see how it's done right! I happily drove past two other locations on my way to get here to make sure Icame here where they do it the best! Read more
I had a blast at this jack in the box! If you get Francisco in the drive thru prepare to laugh your butt off. He's working... multiple jack in the boxes and busts his butt off so working long hours he tries to make it fun. They're very personable andhelpful. I highly recommend them! Read more

I was ignored when I came in. There was no one behind me and the drive thru wasn't overflowing. I was finally assisted but my... order took a while. I live a block away. By the time I got home the fries were cold and gross like they gave me the oldleftovers from under the fries area. Read more
We came here and ordered several meals and didn?t get one, which was a #16. They mistakenly gave us a chicken tenders meal. When... I sent my son to go back in to get the food exchanged, he was met with attitude and asked to get a receipt. That?s cute, but YOUNEVER GAVE US ONE!!!!! So my husband went in and told the person who originally handed him the food through the drive thru whathappened and the girl who took our order tried to argue with him about what we ordered????. They took the chicken tenders frommy husband and put them back in the food tray to be sold again???????? Nasty as hell. I touched the box the food was in and sodid she. She actually opened it before putting back in the warmer. Another employee took the tongs they use to grab fries withand poked another employee in their back with them. NEVER AGAIN!!!! At 0520 we tried to get something to eat at Jack in The box Mission Gorge Rd the sign on the Window says open 24 hrs, The drive... through was closed so we proceeded to park our vehicle, we noticed a transient inside so we thought it?s open, that was not thecase the door was locked, we knocked and the people inside like employees one was cleaning the other a female was chewing gumnon came to the door, they just yelled out ?were closed? that?s fine but what about the transient or what time are youreopening, no info nothing what so ever, where they being held captive????. Very unprofessional. They should take the signs down?24 hour open? cuz Obviously that?s not the case. Never going back and I live in this area. Read more
