This is probably the worst Jack-in-the-box I have ever experienced. Myself and Zippy stopped to get a snack, so I ordered 4... tacos and a water. Took forever to get the water. When I got the tacos they were cold and had no cheese. I took them back to thecounter and requested fresh ones. The person doing the deep fry started arguing with me in Spanish about the tacos not comingwith. I told him in Spanish, he needs to go back to orientation and learn the menu. He also needed to have some customer servicetraining for his was lacking tremendously. I still didn't watch him make my tacos, because I was going to have him spit in themand then made him more infuriated. Be back on to cuss me and basically wanted to do physical bodily harm. Ordered ahead. This was our first time eating at Jack in the box. Everyone enjoyed their food.
Just bought a combo #7.. I said no mustard or ketchup! The cashier tells the cook that he missed up in spanish assuming I... wouldn't understand. Gives it to the cook and three seconds later ask him no ketchup or mustard right? And the cook repliedyes.. I got home and there was mustard and ketchup smeared inside.. meaning they probably got a napkin and wiped it off orhopefully they had common sense to use spatula. Either way this place is incompetent this was the third time I've ordered theultimate bacon burger and let's get it wrong every time. Prior to this there's no bacon twice. I am done with thisestablishment! Please check your food before driving away these people are working there for a reason. Read more
Dirty, dirty, dirty! Myself and another customer had to clean dining area just so we could sit down & eat. Gross!
Not sure why people just are not kind in California. I am an out-of-town visitor and needed to use a restroom asap. Cars lining... & moving through the drive thru, employees working inside and one just sitting at a table browsing his phone. I knocked on thedoor and pointed to the restroom...no mercy for a mom of four little kids at 9:57pm--the employee sitting on his butt just shookhis head no at me and went back to whatever social media he was scrolling without any care or concern for another human being.Our whole trip was been filled with moments like this. Very rude girl at the drive through at 7:30pm on 03/05/2022. I ordered here a plain buttery jack and I said to the woman in... drive thru that wanted it plain as in no condiments except for the garlic butter. The bacon and Swiss cheese can stay. The womanrepeated back "okay yeah a plain buttery jack" I also ordered a large curly fry. When getting g home my burger had nothing onit. No bacon no Swiss. Just a patty with some seasoning on a bun. I didn't even get the correct fries. I got a plain fry. Icalled to ask for a refund and the girl on the phone said "no I remember your order and you didn't say no condiments you justasked for it completely plain" (which was not true I had other people in the car with me to confirm) essentially gaslighting meabout it. When I asked about the fries she just said "yeah sorry about that you werent charged for it though, if you want arefund you'll have to come back when my manager is here". But it was still the principle that it was a very simple order.Definitely not going back to this location. Every time they screw it up and yet I still go back. This is the last time. Great people working here but they make the Bacon Ultimate Cheese Burger different here and I didn?t like it. I been getting... this burger at different Jack in The Box restaurants for years. I tried getting my money back, but they said I couldn?t get arefund if I paid on Card which I did. ??????????? I won?t be coming back to this Jack and I wouldn?t recommend coming to thisone either.
