I've been going to this jack in the box all my life and that's how I know who as been working here the longest. The new... employees are trying hard to destroy the integrity of this establishment by the way they treat me with there bad customerservice and lack of tables. Yes. I wanted hash browns with my breakfast platter combo today and only got fries instead because they were out of them. Not... good at all. I liked my cold coffee and orange juice, pancakes we're good, but the bacon was to soft. I don't like soft bacon. Read more

Service is terrible at this JIB. we always wait in line about 10-15 min. Also the staff often acts as if they are doing the... customers a big favor. The food is always pretty good & there is no other JITB close by, so we keep going back. Read more
They go through the roughest of rough. But I have to say that for the most part their on with their store yes they accept EBT... inside and drive through. But they are amazing and over worked at times because low on staff but they've seemed to betterstaffed now. Just please have a little more consideration when going through these drive throughs not all are as attentive butthese few that I review know that they are. The customer service here is always very good. Nice, polite employees. But, please bring your own sanitary wipes if you are... going to dine in or bring a spray bottle with water and bleach and napkins to wipe down the table and seat you will be sittingon. This place has forgotten about sanitation. It's been like this here for years and years. Today, again I asked for somethingto wipe down my table and I got a paper towel with water. Bring your own sanitation equipment for this place. The homeless havebegun to encamp on the steps outside of the restaurant and I noticed the drug use thing was in full force this morning by 3homeless males. This place needs a really good security guard and a power washer for the outdoor area because it is disgusting. Read more

People shouting and fighting. Not really clean. Manager treats all customers a a bad customer. He is struggling with all... various challenges at the same time. Food was not really warm as I ordered and ate there. Fries were cold and I didn't want towalk up to the manager as he wasn't really focused on helping customer to statusfy their issue.
