I ordered a smoothie with whey protein. The server made it without the whey. I told him as I left the drink fir him to fix. He... proceeded to make another order with 4 drinks and made me wait. I told him he should not have done that and that he should havefixed his mistake before filling another order. He said that was an online order. Really? I guess online orders take precedenceover people's orders who actually walked into the store and waited only to get what was NOT ordered. Not good service. Read more

Ordered a 28 ounce Large split, and they tried to give me 2 small cups that are 16 ounces with less than half in each cup, which... is 16 ounces total for $8?the lady that made it said she needed to make more but the cashier tried to serve it to me anyway.When I complained, he added juice to the blender to get to the exact 28 oz mark. The amount was still lacking when poured backinto my cups. Corporate seriously needs to look into this location. Read more
While I love the products, and I know it relies on high speed powerful machinery. the noise they create is like fingernails on a... chalkboard! My concern is for the young people who work there. Hearing loss due to a work environment can cause difficultiesthat often take years to develop. Do they have access to proper requirement to protect thier ears? Do you measure the decibellevels ? This is no reflection on the friendly staff, or the delicious drinks they serve. My husband suffers from permanent workrelated hearing loss due to employment. Since we have evolved from then, let's do what we can to protect your "family" ofemployees. Read more
Would have been nice if the 2 ladies that were working would have acknowledged me. I did a mobile order and there was a line to... the door so I walked up to the pick up counter and was completely ignored until the line was gone. Then they gave me my orderand when I got to the car I noticed it was wrong. I went back in and the lady at the hand out counter was so rude and actuallyhad the nerve to tell me "well that's how it came thru".....I literally told her would you like to see my phone (which showedthe correct order) She huffed snatched the incorrect drink from the carrier and started to fix the order. I am sorry that theyonly had 2 people working at your store during a busy time but please do not take that frustration out on me, I did nothingwrong and was polite when I could have been nasty. I would like to refute a previous reviewer's claim that the employees here are rude. The man who took my order was very nice and... asked me how I was. I'd been having an awful week and he hoped the smoothie would improve my day. He reiterated his wish when hebrought it out to me, and that simple act of kindness from a stranger (who, yes, I'd paid) was just as good as a fruitypick-me-up. So, thanks, Jamba Juice guy. Read more
The fellas preparing the smoothies were friendly, helpful and quite knowledgeable of the ingredients. The smoothies were so... delicious, we were near our home then decided to come back for additional smoothies.???? Read more
