I have tried placing pick up/phone orders through this location multiple times over the past couple of months - not ONCE have... they ever answered the phone, and I've triple checked the phone number is correct across multiple sites. Never had this issuewith any other Jersey Mike's location placing pick up orders. Read more
The worst Jersey Mikes location I have ever encountered. The sandwich makers are extremely untrained and make a mess of your... toppings especially the oil and vinegar. The incompetence is at its worst with pick up orders. The pick up time they give isnever accurate unlike every other restaurant I have dealt with. It is always either ready way to early and the sandwich is soggyby the time you get home or you sit in the restaurant for 15 minutes after the pick up time watching them make a line of peoplessandwiches with a giant middle finger pointed at you. Worst customer service, stood in the store to order, 8 minutes until someone asked me what I need. They took my order, 5 minutes... passed and still did not work on my order. So I was in the store for 13-14 minutes and they haven?t even started my order, I hadto leave for the poor customer service. Terrible. I appreciate how hard fast food workers work for low wages. Granted it was about 8:30 PM on Friday The three... employees here didn't seem interested in service us subs. The first thought she made a mistake. Took the cheese off the sub,put it somewhere. I don't know where. Then she didn't slice new cheese. I work right around the corner from here so I go often. And everytime I go the ladies in here always have the worst attitudes.... But today was the worst. I ordered my food and I asked them to put lettuce and tomatoes on my Philly. They rolled they eyes themcommenced to talk mess about me in Spanish. Then after they made my food they kinda just threw it around. like I understand theybe busy but the way they acted today was completely unnecessary. I will never ever go there again. Read more
