In general, I like this restaurant. But my visit at this location wasn't my favorite because they charge more for gluten free... bread at this location than other locations. ??????????? Quick service, perfect for lunch ... Just recently install the app so I can earn rewards when I order online.

Placed an order for pickup and even after getting the notification that my sandwich was ready, I had to wait for an additional... 15 minutes during my 30 minute lunch break. By the time I was able to get my sandwich and get back to eat I had about 10 minsleft. There needs more organization for pickup orders especially having a shop near a ton of corporate buildings and officeswith people trying to grab their lunch quickly to get back to work. It took 3 workers to focus on organizing ONE large pickuporder without realizing single orders had been completed and were sitting to the side going unseen for a long time. Aid thatwith Poor customer service. There were only about 3 people in there when I walked in and they took a while to acknowledge thenew customers walking in?and in addition to that they managed to acknowledge the people standing behind me first for somereason.
