I submitted an order online and my order was not ready at the time it was suppose to. As a matter of fact they had not even... begun to make it yet. I can understand if they were super busy but that was not the case, there was barely any people there. Sothey tell me they're gonna start working on it and it'll be a few minutes. I walked out for a few minutes and came back in topick up my order then im standing there for litterally 2 whole minutes not being acknowledged whatsoever while they're standingthere in a group having a conversation not work related because I can hear what they're talking about. Finally one of thempoints towards me to another worker, he comes over and asks me for my name. He goes to look for my order and can't find it sothen goes back to the others and asks if they know where my order is and they all respond no and carelessly go back to theconversation they're having. They guy helping me finally finds my order and tells me that he couldn't find it because the onewho made it did not care to throw in the receipt in the bag. Im ready to walk out when I noticed the chips I paid for weren'teven in the bag so then I had to tell him my chips were missing and tells me to grab them. What kind of service is that? Ialso noticed the floor behind the counter was a mess and kitchen is filthy. Whoever manages this location needs to go overthere and check this location because this is exactly how you start losing customers. I suggest you guys pay attention in whoyou hire because those people running the business right are destroying your image. I want to point out that I usually don't goout of my way to write reviews but with this one I just felt the need because the level of bad service I received is completelyunacceptable. Read more

Went there yesterday 10/3/22 and had some bad service. I asked for one of the giant subs to be cut in half and the young lady... cut it in 4. I asked why and she had no reasonable explanation for the mistake. Also asked her if the bar code was properlyscanned to obtain my put she points and she said yes. Turns out that it was never scanned nor I got credited for my pura use. Ican not tolerate people that provides you with false statement? hopefully management will contact me regarding this matter. This team is always on point and... can even hold a fun conversation while making online orders and your order. Just pumping out amazing fresh sandwiches! Food is always on point and for the most part the staff is pretty nice. Two employees working at the cash register today. One... using her elbows to ring people up instead of taking her gloves off. I asked for a different fountain drink cup when the one shewas going to give me was damaged on the bottom. She did. Then 2 seconds later started talking junk about me asking for adifferent cup to her coworker who both inspected the original cup rolled their eyes and continued to make a big deal out of it.I just spent $25 on two sandwiches. Excuse me for wanting a cup that is not damaged before taking a drink into my vehicle. Theycould at least wait until I was further than 2 ft away before talking bad about me. Read more

This is my fourth time visiting, and it is quickly replacing Subway as my favorites go to sandwich place. The food is great, as... is expected. However, the only drawbacks are sometimes it takes a little while to put your order together, and it is a bit moreexpensive than Subway. But that is to be expected. The wait is definitely worth it, especially because you see them and cuttingthe meats and cheeses that they're putting on your sandwich, and the variety of condiments give it the edge.
