I generally go to the drive through at it?s always open when I go to Krispy Kreme however, today the drive-through was closed as... seen on the attached photo. There was no reason why it should?ve been closed. No sign was posted stating why. This is thefirst time that I?ve actually walked in and ordered. Krispy Kreme is always a great choice! From classic to specialty donuts they?ll satisfy your sweet tooth. This rating is based on customer service only. My first time at this location. Customer service was lacking unfortunately. I... came in and was not greeted. I stood in front of the donut counter for about 10 min without being acknowledged or at least tosay they will be with me shortly. The person at the register saw me and another couple lined up, yet nothing. He was also makingdrink orders. The line started to get longer and that's when one of the employees in the kitchen spoke up and someone came up tofinally take my order. In between making the drinks, the guy at the register rang me up. The donuts however, are delicious asalways. But definitely room for improvement for customer service. Read more
