Had the Kalau pork and it was delicious. -3 years layer update-had the same dish and it was trash. Tasted bland and cheap. Way... too much grease and just not good anymore. Also had the chicken bowl and beef bowl (more like 75% gristle bowl, ugh) It's ashame but likely the last time I patronize this business. Read more
The lady in the front was rude from the very Beginning . I ask for the family pack she said we don?t have that . I said the... family meal . She no don?t have that . I ask for the manger she pulled out the paper and was like oh this family pack ok . Then20 mins later to pick up the food was cold small portions not even in the same packing as usuall super disappointed that I spent$72 on the family pack just for it to be cold . The worst L&L i?ve ever been too. Terrible food quality like they leave ingredients sitting out for days. it?s soggy and usually... a total absence of vegetables in the bowls that are supposed to be there. I never write bad reviews but this place is alwaysmessing up. Hope this place goes under new management and in the meantime don?t bother going here for a meal. Read more
Got there at 8:40pm, and a employee was already cleaning dine in area, there were two cashiers both without hair up, in a... restaurant they are supposed to wear a hair net for a cleanliness and safety standard, the one with black hair kept passing herfingers thru her hair, they didn?t prepare my food so I was ok with that. But I noticed the girl cooking was not wearing a hairnet either, and her updo was kind of loosely. People kept coming mostly to pickup orders, and one of the cashiers make thecomment that they were stepping on the clean floor, and the one cleaning asked about the time, they said it was almost closingtime, I felt not welcome at that time, I used to work at fast food, and we started cleaning after closing. Ordered on Doordash a few times and either the loco moco has too much gravy or the portions are really different. I got the mini... garlic shrimp a few weeks ago and it was more than enough food. Now I got the mini garlic shrimp and it has 4 tiny shrimp. Whatthe heck? Good thing I had ordered a musubi too, which tasted great. Please be consistent in your portions, I paid $9 for a fewshrimp. I ordered by phone 2 orders of the BBQ big plate. And yes it was big!!! My son loved the short ribs. If you're a good eater go... for this one 100% it will fill you up. It comes with macaroni salad and white rice some cabbage at the bottom of the meat. Read more
