My first time there and I was VERY DISAPPOINTED. I ordered a Fanceroni pizza with jalapeños. And when I get home there's no... jalapeños on the pizza. I also ordered bread sticks with sauce. The sauce container was only 1/3 full. I also asked for peppersand cheese and they didn't have any. They weren't shy on salt though. The pizza, wings and bread sticks were super salty. They've always done a good job with the pizzas. But these past few times I've ordered (I come to this location often), the... pizzas and breadsticks were over cooked almost burnt, dry, and just really bad quality. I always ask for extra sauce in thepizzas and they did the opposite, very light sauce to No sauce. They should have done a better job considering there wasn't ANYcustomers when I got there or orders being done and the employees were chit-chatting. Ordered breadsticks and they literally left over the sauce and seasoning! It?s like Olive Garden breadsticks. So many chains in... South SD do this & while the pizza is overall good, I tend to purchase the breadsticks as a quick snack. Read more

Customer service is horrible. The employees working there can barely speak English. I placed an online order and received a call... that they did not have the topping and that I had to choose something else. I asked to just remove the topping from my bill.They did not know how to remove that one item. Needless to say they ended up canceling my whole order. Will never order fromthere again. Read more

Worst service ever.I ordered 4 pizzas and when I got there and they had already sold 2 of them because I didn't get there within... 5 minutes when they were "ready"(which I was not informed that was their procedure). Then the person named Jacqueline P. startedasking me if I wanted fresh pizzas, and that they could do them again and be ready in 5 min. I said I would want the pizzas andwait only if they where ready in 5 min because if not I would have to leave to go to work. She rolled her eyes and gave theorder to cook them. Then she wanted to charge me in advance, which I denied stating I would pay when the pizzas where ready inno more than 5 min. She insisted in charging me making unprofessional faces. After the pizzas where ready, she calls me tocharge me but she won't show me the 4 boxes. She was extremely rude and not even gave me plates to go because supposely theyonly give them when you eat there. (I won't buy or eat anymore pizzas from that place and will let my family and friends know).I suggest the owner to hire people that like to do their job servicing their clientele.
