Easily the most disappointing restaurant experience I’ve had in a long time. Service So much to be desired. We were a party... of 5 and we got there at 1:30pm. The waitress took our drink orders but refused to take our food orders, which she laterexplained was because she ran out of paper in her pad. I think she was the only waitress there. After she finally took ourorders, we waited for well over an hour. Before our food arrived, she came to tell us that it was last call and the kitchen wasclosing. Strange. Food Two of us got lukewarm food. Everyone else had mostly warm food. The skirt steak Benedict was fine.Nothing special. Our table had two orders of that and one of them had a very long hair in it. Very gross. The restaurantdidn’t charge us for that dish, at least. I tried everyone else’s food and wasn’t that impressed, especially for the 60+minute wait. Drinks Green kale mimosa was great, as was the carajillo, the motor bike, and the espresso old fashioned. Drinkswere way better than the food. Atmosphere It’s loud. Sound carries from other tables heavily and it’s hard to have aconversation. Only once Madison emptied out was it pleasant. I did like the vibes of the place overall though. Recommend? Ican’t recommend this place. Maybe I caught it on a bad day, but there were too many reasons to not like Madison. Some of thosereasons were small, like not getting water refills or enough napkin sets, or having very little communication from our waitress.But every other table at the restaurant was without food over 60 minutes after it was supposed to close, and if you’re cominghere hungry, that would seriously test your patience. I also don’t understand why Google Maps said this place was open until8pm when they were closing at 2pm. Read more

Great place for dinner. Had some very interesting drinks. Our particular server was a bit slow to greet our table and forgot... some items we asked for. But he was kind and courteous, so I'm chalking it up to an off night. We'll be returning to Madisonagain. They were also very accommodating with our reservation. Read more
Good food and friendly service. Sat outside with our dogs, which was another plus! The only negatives were, they never offered... to top off my coffee and although we were a little early for our reservation, it took quite a while to be seated. It was a fewminutes after they opened, so there were lots of open tables. Read more
What an amazing evening at Madison. I will say definitely go when it’s a little warmer if you can as the restaurant even... inside is still open air. But wow we had an awesome time. The ambiance is warm, cozy, and whimsical. Drinks seemed to matchthat vibe with unique cocktails and presentation. The lamb kofta was absolutely amazing as an app and the bolognese was alsoquite tasty. Overall a very charming place that we will definitely be coming back to taste more of the menu. Read more
Highly recommend this place! The interior is beautiful, especially at night with all the Christmas lights. Plus the food was... delicious and the service was great too. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. Definitely make a reservation beforehand asthey were quite busy. Read more
