Loving the mcribs, missing the human cashiers. This one is now also asking people to enter their own orders and pay for them at... a machine. I'm not sure I'm happy to be their unpaid staff, it was faster when their paid employees, with paid training, tookmy order. Read more

Quality of food has been terrible lately. Even for McDonald's. I got a Big Mac combo and the patties looked like burnt hockey... pucks. I keep coming to this place because it is the closest McDonald's to me, but I am done. I am now convinced this is theworst McDonald's ever. If you want to waste you life stuck in a drive through only to have stale food go here. Read more

The clerk argued with me and said what I said was not true... All I wanted was to substitute bacon on the 2 for 5 mc muffins ... She told me that they never do that (even though I do that every morning for probably 3 years). I can't stomach the McDonald'ssausage it makes me want to throw up it has a sickly smell to it!! so I like the bacon, The bacon seems normal... I guessthis is the new aggressive McDonald's that argues with their guest... It's shocking because McDonald's is always been verypolite. Read more

The only issue is they serve old stale food. Cheeseburgers, chicken sandwhiches just have stale bread, and then the fries are... old, cold and unsalted. Sometimes the drinks are flat, too much syrup with little to no carbonation. Customer service is fineand never get the order wrong but usually understaffed and very slow dribe through line with random "closed" hours when it saysshould be open on google. Read more

This is the second time I have waited over 30 min for my mobile order for curbside pickup. Multiple people here before me... waiting longer still haven't received their orders also. Management need to schedule more workers for the dinner rush. Update:Went inside at 50 min wait time. When I entered there were many people waiting in line for food. Food that was also late by upto 1hr 30 min according to conversations I overheard. When I gave the girl at the register the number from my notification shesearched through a STACK of order tickets which looked like a bunch of other people were having the same problem as I did. Ithad been so long my number wasn't in the system anymore and in the app there is no order number to reference. She then askedwhat my order was and searched through a stack of burgers from all the other failed orders. I told her my order again when sheasked then she told the guy making burgers. She got it wrong or he heard it wrong and I ended up with the wrong burgers. Shetried her best with the absolute management failure that she was given. McDonalds corporate needs to check out what happened onthe night of 10/14/2022. Read more

While it's convenient, unfortunately this McDonald's is usually understaffed and also understocked. They are frequently out of... normal items (like they didn't have a certain common flavor of iced coffee). And the staff are usually not in a good mood orhelpful. I have a negative experience everytime I come here. (It's the only affordable fast food in town) between employees that speak no... english at all (I understand everyone needs a job but you have to atleast understand some english). The food I get from here isalso always either old, stale, undercooked or the wrong food I order led all together. The lady at the ordiering window (pinkhair) is always a sweet heart and it's never her fault =). Sometimes I almost wonder what this place is a front for because thathow horrible this place is ran. Place is very large and roomy, has a nice play area too. Issue when I came was that restroom was nasty and they had stock boxes... all over the counter. This McDonald's I will pass from now on. You can't hide poor customer service with a store make over Read more
