Staff is very friendly and jokes often a little too loud, my food is correct most of the time though.

This Mc Donald's is probably the worst one I have ever been too. The place is dirty and the bathrooms are locked. It's in... Tierrasanta! Do you really need to ask for a key to use the bathroom in Tierrasanta! Their menu options are different then otherMcDonald's. They don't have salads or any grilled chicken options. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Read more

They can never seem to get my order done right, at any time of the day. You know its bad when you get excited when you don't... have to get out of your car or wait in line again to have them correct your order or give you the missing items. If you do walkinside, you'll either have to flag down someone from the kitchen to get your order or use the self serve kiosk. Otherwise, noone will acknowledge you. I would rather drive a little farther for a better serving McDonald's or eat somewhere else beforegoing here. Do not recommend unless it's a last resort. Read more

Typical McDonald's. Fries being hot would be 5 stars in my book. They were warm and not too old. I asked for light lettuce and... they ignored it lol. You can fill the big Mac container with the amount of lettuce they pile on and still have some on theburger. Read more
