All we wanted were some fries. We were ignored by a mgr for 15 mins as we stood & the counter. Then we asked to order fries as... the guy walked by ignoring us again. It was 10:55 am. He told us we don?t serve lunch until 11:30 am. We thought he was justputting us off and we were right. We walked out and googled what time does McDonalds start serving lunch. It said 11:00am. Wewent back. Stood in line, again. When it was our turn to order we asked the same guy why he told us 11:30am. He said: ?Idon?t know, think I forgot?. What? You are a manager and you forgot? We still ordered the fries and then had to wait another25 mins to get them. Unbelievable! We won?t EVER be back. The experience stunk to high heaven. Read more

I don't really care about defending the McDonald's corporation, but to say that no one is taking your order makes you look like... some sort cave dwelling boomer troglodyte. There are literally like 6 kiosks that you can order from that take all kinds ofpayments. It isn't hard Karen the technology won't hurt you. These places are majorly understaffed and your whining about notaking your order with a computer screen right in face. ???? I love walking in and out real quick with my food because I orderedat the kiosk. While Kyle over here is waving his fist in line like a dunce. Read more

This is the second day I've been eating breakfast at this McDonald's. I order oatmeal. yesterday they gave only an apple for... oatmeal, they didn?t give raisins. today they gave nothing at all, only oatmeal. I come up and say give me fruit for porridge. only gave me an apple. I don't want to come up and ask. I want to receive immediately what I ordered. Read more

Great looking location, easy access, everything good stops there. All of the issues seem to stem from staffing vs needs. This... location services a massive amount of people so there is often a huge crowd in the pick up area. The dinning area is often fulland often full of homeless. So around 7 am is the only time I have found with only a few people inside but the drive through ismassive. Order pick up time during busy times which are most of the time can be upto 30 minutes. Under staffed would be areason but this location has always been this busy and this slow. Food is average and often out of items, price is standardMcDonald's. The space inside is great though. These folks are often incredibly busy and understaffed but they always get the job done and the food is always good. Cut them... some slack they are trying their hardest. Read more

Very slow service, the workers are ignoring the people inside looking to pick up orders, rolling their eyes, disrespectful and... disorganized. There was no one in the front at all leaving lots of customers waiting for more than 30 minutes. There are noredeeming qualities to the service that was received on April 24th at 9:00pm. Needs major improvement. Read more

They put a "Double-Checked for accuracy" sticker on my burger and the burger had bacon (I didn't order a bacon quarter pounder)... and no meat. It was completely missing a patty. It is frustrating when something say it was double checked and is completelywrong. My roommates and always have one thing wrong and won't be returning. Read more
