I went to this place and since I got there I saw this girl working there all weird. Like if she was on drugs. Walking weird,... being slow and she was very rude even the manager had to say sorry. I don?t know why McDonalds accepts people like that workingthere. I mean they do interviews..you can see right away when you look at her that she?s onto something. This McDonalds cant get anything right. Over half the time i've ordered here, they impressively get my order wrong. Such... persistence in either wilful ignorance or simply championing illiteracy is somewhat impressive. Even clocks are right twice aday. This McDonalds hasnt even been right twice in a row. If I could give this mcdo a 0 I would, but half of the staff is nice! I was asking for a toy exchange and one of the cashiers... gave me a dirty look and talked in Spanish with one of her shift leads about it in a rude tone. Kind of hit and miss with the quality of food and service. The McDonald's on Midway is the only McDonald's I recommend going to... they consistently have good service and food for being a McDonald's. My money is always good so why wouldn't the product I'mbuying be. Read more
The customer service needs work. Wait times are not good and they got my order wrong on separate occasions. I worked as an... overnight manager at a McDonalds for two years and they need to take a hard look at the training process. Yes it's a thanklessjob most of the time. Good service at this location. Don't listen to the Karens. It's a McDonalds they aren't going to roll out the red carpet for... you. Yes, they occasionally mess up an order but will always fix it for you. Have patience. Read more
Sidel was passive aggressive and rude. I didn?t notice the first window at drive thru was closed to pay and when I realized and... pulled up to the second window he greeted me very passive aggressively. When handing me the food items he barely put his handout of the window. If working in customer service is so hard, get a different job. Read more
