It?s understandable it?s hard to keep a smile when working for a wage that don?t allow a decent living in San Diego. However... it?s not the consumers fault your employees are dealing with such. Girl at drive through was rude and claimed she could notunderstand my order, so I decided to order through the app to make the task easier. Girl said the order code was not in hersystem, and she said it with the kind of attitude that would make a grandma cry. I decided to select different pick up option tomake it easier but instead I found myself in my car getting my food thrown at me by a manager while she rudely yelled at megibberish saying I?m not welcome there. I had another truly unsatisfactory interaction with the staff, they just basically handed my order out through the window and... said here, no manners or thank you, this is not the first time I have complained about this store, the staff obviously don?tcare about customers and I blame the manager for not training the staff in how to deal with customers Maybe the manager needs tobe replaced I do love the food and will continue to go back, a little civility and care would go along way Read more

I never eat at McDonald's but I was starving and this was convenient. After I got my food I remembered why. The tiny little... breakfast sandwich I got was like $7... I gave them 4 stars because the bathroom was clean and the staff was very friendly and Iknow the staff doesn't make the prices. So if you're a fan of McDonald's.... this location is doing it right. Typical Mcdonands only downside is that I wouldn't' bother with buying any of their pies from this specific branch. This is the... 3rd time I've ordered a pie and got one that has already expired by the "enjoy by" time. Today I got a pie that has a enjoy bytime of 10:32 AM. My order was placed at 5:34 PM. They've had this pie sitting in their re-heater for atleast 7 hrs beforeserving it. They also don't answer their phones if you want to call in a complaint. Read more

Fast, accurate service. The only issue is the drive thru is a tight squeeze for most cars. And access to it and the parking lot... is blocked from the side street. Read more

I downloaded the McDonald App this morning. Picked breakfast for the entire family and submitted my order to my nearest... McDonalds, all before 10AM. I went to the McDonalds to pick up my order and the General Manager Mariam told me they don?t haveeggs, they don?t have English muffins, they don?t have bacon, they don?t have have pancakes, they don?t have don?t have any ofitems I ordered. They ?ran? out and now it?s past 10:30 and they don?t serve breakfast after 10:30am. I politely explained thatI place my order before 10am and she told me they don?t get my order until I arrive at the store and check in as I am waitingoutside on the curb. I told her then if that?s a fact, it defeats the purpose of ordering online for pick up, because the wholepurpose is the have the food ready before we arrive. I also told her I find it impossible to believe that McDonalds ran out ofeggs, bacon, english muffins and all the other breakfast items. She said she did and they only have my drinks, that?s it. Feltit was necessary to share the story with you because this is my first time I?m using your McDonald?s app. Again too importantfacts remember I?ve placed my order before 10:00 AM and if what the general manager Mariam says is correct, that breakfast foodis no longer available because they ran out of food, which I don?t think any reasonable person with low IQ can even believe,because it is impossible to run out of all those items at the same time, but that?s what she said, they ran out of eggs, run outof bacon, ran out of English muffins, and pancake too.
