The staff member (tattooed) was sitting in the back and didn't come out until multiple customers walked in. She was extremely... rude and called me inappropriate names. I could tell she had some anxiety and took it out on me, but I found that unacceptable. Read more
Worst service by far! I order my juice and then am forgotten by both employees. Meanwhile, the guy behind the counter allows... his 2 friends to go behind the counter and scoop their own ice cream. I watched the 3 orders after me walk out happily withthere orders. Meanwhile, no acknowledgement of the guy waiting right in front of the pick up window, just continuedconversations with his friends. I had to basically interrupt to get my money back after waiting 25 minutes. No apologies oranything either. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Read more
If I could put Zero stars I would.!!!!! I was having such a nice morning until i walked into Nekter Del Mar Highlands. I placed... my order with a young guy there who barely spoke me. I ordered a Medium Greenie, ran into Ralphs, returned to pick up my juiceand it was a small size. I asked the other male (heavy set one sorry for lack of a better description) if this was a mediumsize, he curtly replied its a 16oz, okay i don't work there I'm sorry i didn't know the exact ounces. I said "oh sorry iordered a medium". No apology, no comment, just said okay and started remaking the medium. The original kid came out andasked his coworker what was wrong he replied and the other guy just walked away. I'm aware you're not Nordstrom or Apple buthow about a friendly demeanor to say the least. He handed me the medium without saying one word. Clearly annoyed. Sorry Iwon't be returning ever again to a Neckter. Isn't getting a healthy green juice after a nice workout supposed to be a pleasantexperience ? Read more
I stopped in the Nektar la Jolla location to look at the juices used in the cleansing program because I had trouble on line... ordering . The staff was helpful. I purchased a one day cleanse (6 bottles) to see how I liked the taste. I really liked theflavor of the different combo of juices. I got thru the day just fine and will buy more. Read more
I LOVE this Nektar store. All the staff are extremely friendly and focused on giving good service. I'm a regular at this store... and it's really nice that they recognize me and greet me with my online order ready. Can't say enough about the quality of theirproducts and the quality of the staff!
