My last experience here was less than welcoming and friendly. Very different from previous and pleasant experiences. I inquired... about the Virtuo decaf and was informed that its being discontinued. When I expressed regret over this, the response wascondescending and unpleasant. Considering that the attendant looked up my account, which demonstrates that I'm a loyal andfrequent customer, I was surprised to receive his mediocre, and discouraging service. I?ve had numerous issues with my vertuo next machine, and she very kindly went through the descalingprocess, and although my issue wasn?t completely resolved (I may need to get a replacement machine) she was very kind and didthe best she could to make sure my machine was running to the best possible extent! So after being a Nespresso customer for many year I was enquiring about new flavor into the new pod size. The counter staff... stated they will not offer tasting because of Covid????? Every restaurant and coffee shops are open but nesspresso cannotoperate simple tasting. They recommended I buy the machine the 3rd floor, then buy multiple sleeves of product....andtaste.
