My last experience here was less than welcoming and friendly. Very different from previous and pleasant experiences. I inquired... about the Virtuo decaf and was informed that its being discontinued. When I expressed regret over this, the response wascondescending and unpleasant. Considering that the attendant looked up my account, which demonstrates that I'm a loyal andfrequent customer, I was surprised to receive his mediocre, and discouraging service. Disappointed, I will return to orderingonline so I don't have to frequent this location. Read more

I?ve had great experiences with the couple of times I?ve been to the Bloomingdales location, but today I received great customer... service from Jennifer! I?ve had numerous issues with my vertuo next machine, and she very kindly went through the descalingprocess, and although my issue wasn?t completely resolved (I may need to get a replacement machine) she was very kind and didthe best she could to make sure my machine was running to the best possible extent! Friendly service. Very knowledgeable workers. I loooove my Nespresso machine and it seems this place is the only spot that... sells the pods in my area. It's nice to be able to restock right away instead of having to wait for them to come in the mail. I go through em like candy. ????. Read more

So after being a Nespresso customer for many year I was enquiring about new flavor into the new pod size. The counter staff... stated they will not offer tasting because of Covid????? Every restaurant and coffee shops are open but nesspresso cannotoperate simple tasting. They recommended I buy the machine the 3rd floor, then buy multiple sleeves of product....andtaste. Terrible customer service. Was questioned if I was shopping for Nespresso when my recycling bags were clearly visible. Spent $80... and no sampler pack given. Was not made to feel welcomed. I?m a person of color, so service to me speaks volumes. This is thenearest establishment to my home, but I will gladly drive the distance to UTC especially when I?ve had better experiences there. Customer service is usually very good, everything is clean and looks nice. My problem is that the coffee isn't clearly priced... and there's no description of the coffee pod taste profile anywhere. You have to ask about the price and description of eachpod type, it's tedious at best. It doesn't help that we're talking through masks and plexiglass barriers as well. I'll justorder online from now on. Read more

I love my two nespresso machines! They make great expresso.. if I had a complaint.. That would be the cost of the capsules.. The... trips to pick up the coffee are almost fun you get the sample all the different coffee's before you buy them (and they alwayshave something new or seasonal to try) The people are always super helpful and nice!
