Not not tacos? so basically, tacos. It?s a little hard to find the first time, but it?s worth the adventure. You have to get... the Korean short rib tacos, and if you are sharing with another person it?s worth doing the ?it?s a date? special, where you getfour tacos and tater tots for $25, which makes it more reasonable. KOREAN SHORT RIB $6.75 Soy garlic marinade, jicama,gochujang, salt, green onion, sour cream, & crispy Japanese breadcrumbs. The hot chicken taco and the marinated lamb taco arestill good, but the short rib taco was absolutely amazing and the main reason to go here. It is inside of a food hall wherethey have a bunch of different cuisine offerings, so you if you go with someone who isn?t also craving delicious tacos in SanDiego, they can also find something that tickles their family. You can go up to the counter to order, and then you?ll get atext when your food is ready for pick up. It was an east process; it worked well and the food came out pretty quick. Couldn't have asked for more. The recipes were unique and the food was incredible. Fun combinations that are packed with flavor.... What else would you ask from Sam the Cooking Guy! We were also so blessed to meet Sam. He's the most authentic and nice person. Read more

First things first, Sam is the nicest guy ever. Second, but just as important since I?m sure you?re reading this for the food... review, my order was excellent. Big fan of Sam's YouTube channel, so we made sure to stop by the eatery while in town from Chicago. My wife and I spilt the... Best of Sam sampler at Not Not Taco's, can't decide which one I liked best, but the Kelly's shrimp and the cheeseburger taco areat the top of the list. Who knew mashed potatoes on a soft taco shell would be delicious. We were lucky to have Sam at therestaurant doing a demo, and he was nice enough to stop by our table. My daughter had the double cheeseburger at Samburger andloved it. Great food and very nice staff. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area. Read more

This visiting Aussie was so darn satisfied by these amazing Tacos! I got shrimp (perfection), meatloaf, Korean short rib,... cheeseburger & cashew chicken. Super fresh and tasty. I love the bold flavours. Great customer service. The lovely woman whoserved me also had Aussie connections and was super friendly. Highly recommended! Read more

Visiting San Diego recently and had to make it a point to try out Sam's restaurants! Quick and friendly service here at Not Not.... You're able to order and receive a txt when your food is ready. Tried the meatloaf taco, cheeseburger taco, Korean short ribtaco, and the shrimp taco. Little pricey, probably not as much care into the prep as Sam himself, but they were all pretty good.Would recommend if you're in the area, or a fan of Sam's in general. Read more

Huge fan of Sam, so much so that we purposely made San Diego a stop on our way to Hawaii for our honeymoon. Immediately after... checking into our hotel, we were off to Not Not Tacos for lunch. We split four amongst the two of us so that we could tryseveral offerings. My wife was a big fan of the pork and Mac taco. I liked them all, with the salmon being my favorite. Theshort rib was a close second. I am a culinary graduate and have more respect for food and technique than the average person.Very well executed and the combinations are simple yet work so well. I have made many of Sam recipes and everyone always lovesthem. (The chicken enchiladas many times!) Thanks to the team for allowing us to try these creations and making our San Diegoexperience that much more enjoyable. Read more
