I stopped in for lunch while on a business trip. It has a decent sports bar feel and it was quiet while I was there....I'm sure... it is happening at night. Definitely had a good variety of beers! The food was mediocre. The portion was huge, butunfortunately my Mediterranean Salad was flat and just didn't cut it. However, my bartender Kate was fantastic. Ignore the bad reviews! This is hands down the best restaurant in San Diego. The pizza, burgers, chicken sandwiches, appetizers,... and salads are all delicious! I'm a Midwesterner so this is my kind of food. On top of that, the staff is so friendly. Oh anddid I mention the huge selection of beer and cocktails?! So many to choose from. Oggi's was an excellent place for pizza. One of the best. My wife and I were there two nights in a row while staying in San... Diego. Not only was the food great but so was the staff. The first night I accidentally left my credit card, so when we cameback they had it safely stored and saved me the missing card nightmare. If you are in San Diego this place is a must. Read more

Ate here twice because the menu was big and it had something all 5 of us liked. The wait time to get your food after an order... was very slow. The waiters didnt come back often either. The food was good. Only problem i had with my food was i asked forzucchini noodles in my Alfredo. The cook maybe didnt know how to make those. Because i got huge chunks of cut up zucchini.. illpost a pic. Friendly staff just wish they would have come by more for refills and stuff. Read more

This is our favorite Oggi's in San Diego! Julie is so sweet, always going above and beyond. The rest of the staff is fantastic... too. Everyone is friendly and attentive, even when the restaurant is busy. Even though Oggi?s menus are the same, the food heretastes better than in the other locations. XL pizza was more than enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. Pizza dough had a nice sweetness too it, very chewy like a foccacia. ... Not NY style. Had a beer flight, which oggi mainly does WC style beers, no East Coast hazy here. Read more

After a long day dealing with a cancelled flight, the service at this restaurant lifted my spirits. Everyone was genuinely nice.... I think this is an exquisite neighborhood pizza place. Relaxed atmosphere with music and sports on the television. The garlic... knots are perfectly cooked with aromatic fresh basil on the top. Mmmmm. The pizza.. get what toppings you want on a crust bakedhow it should be with hot stringy cheese. Hefeweizen beer smooth, crisp, and clear with a slight bite at the finish.
