5h3 food was excellent and the portions are generous. I got the Le Regina which is a seafood mix with black linguini. It was... full of sea food and favorable. One of our dinnermates got thr Australian lamb which he said was excellently. Our waiterwasn't high on the personality scale, but he got our order out and correct. Read more
Service was great and attentive but it doesn't make up for the bad food. Risotto was so under cooked and inedible. Osso was... soso. The wife had carbonara, it was more Alfredo not carbonara and salty. Probably the most dissatisfied and disappointed we'vebeen in a long while. Being out of towners, decisions are critical and this was not a great one. Hopefully we have better lucktomorrow. I'm not even going to review the dessert. Old Venice is great. The food is delicious. Good service and a variety of places to sit-inside, outside, bar, al fresco patio... with tasteful decor, lighting and everything. Buon appetite! Read more
Very nice outdoor back patio for a summer eve dinner after Cabrillo monument trip. Huge salad & delicious bruschetta.
I love this place for ambience and the outdoor patio. The bar is a blast and people often get up and dance. I’ve been many... time however this was the first time I had dinner. I hate to give less than stellar reviews but this was an awfulexperience. The wine was forgotten, the entrees were forgotten and the dessert was not the one ordered. When the entrees wereorder again, one was dry and lukewarm. Quite the disappoint as it was a special birthday dinner that I flew in for. We has the lemon dessert, was just ok. Prices were high and food seems to have gone down in quality. Used to have a decent happy... hour, not so much any more. All happy hour food isn't great. Tried it all. Skip this place. Ambiance is great though and can bea great date place Read more
