My server was great! I use to love going here. My salad was wilted, there was actually brown lettuce in salad. I was going to... let it go, then my filet mignon came and I asked for it to be medium rare and it came out really rare. The manager offered tocomp the steak and salad. I did not want them to recook it. This is the third time I have been here and this has happened. Forthe money you pay, you would hope for better food consistency. Nathan who is very presentable provides us with an outstanding service. He’s always smiling. and checking on us. We had an... issue with one kind of food, he directly apologized and replaced it. Phenomenal experience ordering from here! I used their app to order curbside pick-up (LOVE that feature!) and they were quick... and our food was ready right on time. We ordered their blooming chicken sandwiches, a blooming onion and strawberry salad toshare, and their strawberry kiwi lemonade. Everything was phenomenal! The blooming onion 10000% lives up to its hype. The drinksare huge, I was expecting a tiny drink so I was pleasantly surprised there. Never got a kids menu so didn't know what to order for my child. Didn't receive one until after ordering a small side. After... that, the waitress was just rude and kept asking "is there ANYTHING ELSE you need?" the last few times she came to our tablelike I was nothing but a nuisance. I honestly didn't ask for much the entire time. I would never tell anybody to come here afterthis experience. Read more
Got the Blooming Onion, Aussie Cheese Fries, 5oz sirloin with grilled shrimp, mashed potatoes, and Caesar salad. I LOVE their... complimentary bread and butter and mashed potatoes. Those are my go-to. The blooming onion isn't amazing but it's a great groupappetizer, I'd recommend a group of 4 or more. Read more
Our waiter was not friendly at all. Hope your waiter is friendlier. The picture is of our appetizers. On the left "Gold coast... coconut shrimp" and on the right is "grilled shrimp on the barbie". The food was okay but I wouldn't go again or recommend. Read more

Disappointed. I ordered merlo done steak and got Medium rare. They just DO NOT care anymore. I’m so tired of being... disappointed by this place. Texas Roadhouse will start getting my money. Outback used to be 5stars. Maybe it’s management orjust the workers or combined but this place is a low 2 stars solely based on consistency of what you get.
