Really great food with nice service. The woman who seated and served us was knowledgeable and friendly. Afghan food seems like a... mixture of Middle Eastern and Indian food, and the menu was really interesting. Definitely recommend if you are in the area.Also, by the Coves, La Jolla has pretty much no parking and the parking that exists is super expensive. But over here there islots of free parking, so no need to worry about that. Read more
Made it there for lunch, They have a lunch special $12:00 It was a large plate, we decided on the chicken kebab, and kofta... kebab. Chicken could of used more flavor,came with long grain rice and small salad with one olive in it. The kofta had a bitmore flavor,but I wish it came with some type of yogurt sauce ,it just ate a bit dry, Other than that the place was inviting butso many flies it was so annoying, Service was good. Really good food and nice clean restaurant with owners working themselves. I believe they had another location where we ate... before and it was really good back then too. Seems they have relocated to La Jolla. Do check it out. Read more
Incredible!! The inside decor is very traditional and romantic. One of the best restaurants in the area. We ordered the lamb... sabzi qorma, samosa, and cherry blossom tea. Everything was fresh, delicious, and served fast. Will definitely be back. Highlyrecommend this retaurant. Read more
