Frequent customer at this location. Their customer service has gotten worse with most of their new hires. Today went in for... take out. The newer hire Asian lady was friendly, but often gets the order wrong. After asking her to correct the wrong sidefrom fried rice to chow mien, I noticed the chow mien portion was very small. I asked politely to another employee to addmore chow mien to the plate. This time was a new hire younger white guy. He was very annoyed at my request and showed a rudeattitude the whole time. Very Disappointing buying take out experience. Decent customer service is very rare these days. Theemployee at location also seems to not welcome Asian customers. How ironic, Asian food but don't like Asian customers. You cantell management has definitely changed for this location. From cleanliness, people hired, customer service, and overall vibe isnot what it used to be. Won?t be going back for a long while. Read more
Food is dry!!! If you order beef broccoli...you'll get chunks of broccoli and stalks with 3 or 4 slithers of beef. Orange... chicken is hard as a brick, chow mein is dry as a cotton ball! Read more

Maybe it was just this one time, but the employees were quite rude to the food and customers bu moving the bowls/plates... haphazardly, and not really noticing or paying attention to the customers. I really do enjoy the food since I have been todifferent panda express places before for several years. But hopefully the employee who was serving was just having a bad day. Read more
I am nowhere near here but I drove here just for the Beyond Orange Chicken for the whole family. It was worth it. Ordered... online, and my food was waiting on the online orders shelf. No opinion on dining in. But I can tell it was moderately busy. Itis in a plaza so there should be plenty of parking. Read more
