Ruben was amazing and even offered me fresh entrées as they became available from the chef Line however, MJ had the worst... customer service I?ve ever witnessed. She took over Ruben?s nice work and good energy?inserted herself in a way where even asstaff she didn?t communicate to Rubin what she?s doing and she moved my plate along and left me standing even though I wanted tobuy more?she started cutting chicken in front of me pretending she can?t see or hear me lol Then I finally ordered and paidthem because I?m there to pay, to order, for service, and then I eat. If it were a buffet I wouldn?t need MJ. I?m paying shemade it seem like just being there was a huge favor and burden. Very strange. Not professional. Read more
I went to Panda Express on Garnet by Staples. The person who helped me was not friendly. I asked for a plastic cup of the... sweet and sour sauce (pink sauce) she said it was was to hard to make, they only had packets to give you now. Way too much workshe said. I said you could get it in a bottle and have warm to put in plastic cups for your customers. She just kept sayingway too much work. I won't go back. I don't want to make her work too hard. I am from out of state and my cell phone died. I stopped in to charge my phone so that I could use my gps to get home. I also... bought food that I didn?t want just to be courteous when I could?ve simply purchased a drink. After about 3 minutes of sittingat the table, I was approached by a woman with an aggressive tone who told me that customers aren?t allowed to charge theirphone. I asked if there was a reason why and she stated, ?I just told you why I don?t make the rules.? ?If we let all customerscharge their phones they would be here all day.? I asked her why she was speaking so aggressively and approaching me in such amanner when I actually had no problem leaving. I am very disgusted by the way I was treated, the way she spoke to me and theamount of inconsideration I was shown. I will not be returning to this store. Read more
I have always heard Panda Express was really good. Didn't care for the one in PB. The Chow Mein Noodles were so under cooked... they crunched and the food was cold. The Orange Chicken was pretty good had it been hot. Don' think I'll be going back. Read more

I visited this location to grab a decent amount of food well before their listed closing time. However, I was extremely limited... with options because apparently they stop making food well before they close. I was pretty frustrated and there was about 6people in line behind me. Certainly not what any of us expected especially considering there was about 40min before they shuttheir doors. I?d recommend calling ahead or avoid going here late at night. Read more
Living in Pacific beach there's not too many options for Chinese food. If you're looking for a quick fix or a holdover till you... can get some quality sit down Chinese food than Panda Express is a good option. Read more
