Believe all the bad reviews here and don?t bother with this location. We ordered online after really wanting a bread bowl soup.... Once we got home we realized there was no bread bowl and instead just two pieces of bread in the bag. (We paid more for thebread bowl) there was never any mention of them being out of the bread bowls either they just let us pick up without saying aword. We called once we realized this and the employee who answered explained they ran out and offered to refund the bread bowlsoup. That?s when another lady apparently the manager MIRANDA got on the line and stated she would not process the refund and itcan only be done in store. Or we could be put on a list to get a bread bowl soup another time. Both options were extremelyinconvenient for us since we never usually eat at Panera. I explained this to her but she was unapologetic and would notacknowledge their mistake. She used a condescending tone and hid behind the ?it?s company policy line? Horrible way to treatcustomers when they are the ones who messed up. Read more

Ordered a Roasted, Turkey, & Avocado BLT from Panera. This is what came. No turkey. No avocado. The tiniest amount of lettuce,... bacon, and a sliver of tomato. It looks like someone took the scrapings of another customer?s meal, and slapped it on two smallpieces of bread, while also forgetting the two main ingredients of the sandwich . For how expensive Panera is, this isupsetting. Either someone was in a hurry or got lazy with making my sandwich. I don?t write reviews often, but I dined at this location yesterday and the hours that followed unleashed the fire of a thousand... hells. I ate the Autumn Squash soup and the grilled chicken Caesar salad. I contracted severe food poisoning that caused me tosearch deep within my soul to try and find the meaning of life. I?ve only had the unfortunate opportunity to experience foodpoisoning a couple of times in my life and this one takes the cake or the autumn squash soup. There were moments of absolutehopelessness, mixed with the fear that my end was near. This shall serve as a fair warning to all of those Autumn Squash Soupfans. I?ve had this soup many times in the past and I?m hopeful that this was an isolated incident. With that being said, theflavor that I once cherished in the Autumn Squash Soup has been permanently tainted. Read more

Love Panera! Ordered my usual - Pick Two with Mac n Cheese and the Turkey Bravo; love that tomato basil bread! The location... was clean and my order came out quickly, hot, accurate and delicious! Ample parking, great AC and not too crowded -definitely reccomend! Read more
The good: the food of course, wanted to split my soup and the staff did it without questions. The staff was clean because once I... took my plate and asked them to cut my baguette they said no but gave me a knife. The bad: the line was long it seemed likepeople had trouble running the kiosk and someone should have been helping. The ugly: the dining room was not clean, tablesneeded wiping down. They need to pay attention because no one was clearing tables and they literally had only one area to bringyour trash. Read more
How the mighty have fallen! Almost $14 for an underfilled tiny half sandwich and soup combo (drink not included). And looking at... the photo I posted, what is that blue thing?! Good thing I opened the sandwich to take the photo of how meager the helping was,otherwise I would have ingested plastic. Also, it was really dirty in there as nobody was bussing any tables during my 30 minutestay and patrons were just looking everywhere for the least dirty surface. Finally, to the girl continuously complaining abouther boy problems while bagging the online orders, everyone within earshot can LOUDLY hear why he doesn?t want to be around you. Read more
