This is just a walking distance from Westgate hotel, we don?t feel like driving anywhere so we tried this place for the first... time. We got the Cobb salad; it was ok. I had better. Way too much arugula too strong for us. Needs more dressing. I?d ratherhave croutons than the side cold piece of plain bread but my husband liked it. Caesar salad is good; I had better somewhereelse. Salad portions were good. Cheese flatbread: it wasn?t great but it was good; the dough is light. Are we coming back? Maybejust to try their sandwiches but not in a hurry. Read more

The manager was so rude when I asked about the bathroom door code. I asked about the code he said it?s on the receipt. I told... him that I don?t have a receipt because I ordered using a kiosk. He said I have to wait until my order is ready and get areceipt with my order and the code is on the receipt. He could simply give me the code but he didn?t! Later on I asked a cashierand he respectfully gave me the code. The one star is only for the manager. I wish someone from the corporate reads thesereviews. I ordered online on 3/24/2020 during the quarantine and i always get the same order, ten vegetable soup with the bread bowl.... usually the soup is red, but the one i received was dark brown and it had a weird taste. it looks like mushy dark vegetables andit grossed me out. i usually live panera but it seems like they gave up trying because of everything going on. :((( compare thedifference Read more
If this is how you want your food delivered, order here. If you want horrible customer service, order here. Delivery man... tampered with my food and took my bottled water. Called the location directly and all they offered was for me to come in personto get a bottle of water...completely negates paying for delivery. Sent Panera a tweet and message via app...absolutely nofollow up, resolution or compensation. Will never visit any of their locations any more. Will start ordering from Corner Bakeryfrom now on. It?s okay. If you?re stuck and cannot cook yourself or find a McDonald?s, they have these tiny 5 bite breakfast sandwiches for... almost $6. This place was clean and the staff very friendly and professional. The bathroom was clean as well. Great for tourists?????? Read more
Why does a soup in a bread bowl comes with more bread on the side? Broccoli and cheese soup was quite good. Baked goods didn't... look appealing and what I tried wasn't good. Self service kiosks were easy to use. Friendly service. 3 stars for the food, butgiving 4 for their expansive kids menu. My picky kids enjoyed their meals. Read more
It?s a Panera. Consistently good anywhere you go. I had the Green Goddess salad with a cup of autumn squash soup. They were both... great! I got kind of a past ripe apple and the staff were quick and kind to replace it. I got my meal within 5 minutes ofordering it. Overall great experience and within walking distance from many hotels.
