??????????????This place has excellent service, the food was delicious, and everything was clean and organized. The food came... out as soon as we sat down! Does Sonic the hedgehog work here or what?! How many Paneras have a drive thru????!!!! This Panerahas a selection of foods for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! There is even outdoor seating! I was able to eat in peace and quiet.It was so quiet that I saw people with computers working while they were eating! If you are looking for somewhere to eat inChula Vista, I recommend Panera Bread of dennery road!?????????????????????????? As we walked in and walked to counter Cashier acknowledge us and let is know that he would be with us as soon as he could.... Cashier had a smile on his face and for us being here for the first time he was very patient with my friend who is an elderlylady he always had a smile on his face. Food and staff friendliness are excellent. Not efficient at making sure your order is correct. This has happened 3 out of the 5... times I have order. So double check your order before you leave. Read more
horrible horrible horrible horrible. literally never gets orders right, no one checks the orders (blank space where it says... ?checked by?) i ordered a mediterranean bowl w/ no chicken & they gave me chicken & im vegetarian so this was very serious to mebut the manager did not take it seriously at all. Don gave me the wrong email for the head manager. I opened a case on theirwebsite and they said they?d get back to me with an email and it?s been like a month and a half and i have heard nothing back. Read more

It was our first visit to this newly opened Panera & was excited. We placed a ToGo order, which twas more than a 40 minute wait... & then they got the order wrong ???? It was another 10 minutes to fix. Then, the $10.29 Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwichlacked everything (see photo). Disappointing ???? While waiting, there were 5 others guests who had wrong orders. I hope theycan work out their kinks. They deserve less stars, but the bread was delish & customer service really tried their best. Read more
