Can't believe we've lived in San Diego for years and just finally tried Parkhouse Eatery. It was AMAZING! For starters, the... service was impeccable! Ethelyn is the sweetest and most attentive. She is so knowledgeable about everything on the menu and sopersonable. She made the whole dinner that much more fantastic. We had two different rissotos as well as the steak with wildmushrooms. They were all so very delicious! The mimosa flights were amazing and it was hard to just pick 4 flavors as there areso many awesome options. For dessert we had the fresh fruit cobbler which was the perfect ending. Thank you Parkhouse Eateryfor an amazing experience. We'll be back again soon! Read more
Fresh ingredients, flavorful dishes and upbeat, friendly service. Portions are large enough to split. This place takes... traditional favorites and re-energizes them with fresh herbs and world flavors for an updated take. I've dined here about adozen times for all three meals and have never been disappointed and always delighted by some unique, creative spin on the dish.Today I had the turkey sandwich with pesto on french bread -- amazing. Excellent! Everything about Parkhouse Eatery is outstanding! The service, ambiance, food, cleanliness is impeccable. I am blown... away everytime I come here. Best chilaquiles in San Diego, both red and green! The flight of mimosas are amazing, and if you arelike me and don't drink alcohol as much, the virgin flight with sparkling water is delicious! Ordered Portuguese sausage tres eggs scramble and it was very very good. Pepperoncini added a nice kick to the eggs without... being super spicy. If you like meat this is fantastic! Husband got the cornmeal pancake and it was unexpectedly amazing. Wewould order both of these again. Parkhouse Eatery is a cozy little eatery with absolutely stellar food and tremendous service. I got a breakfast pizza which is,... frankly, to die for. We got the grilled breakfast pizza and carnitas stuffed roasted polenta cake. I mean, this is WOW levelfood. Absolutely delicious. Unique, packed with flavors, very generous portions, and fair pricing. I topped it off with a PHSunrise (mimosa) and that was just the perfect addition to the meal. Everything about Parkhouse Eatery is exactly what you'd askfor. I couldn't come up with a complaint if I tried. I guess maybe one complaint, the parking is rough. It's hard to find aspot to park. But I'll be honest, now that I've been there once, I'd park and walk a half mile if I had to. It's that good. Read more
On our way to the coffee shop, we ran into this gem. We knew we had a winner when the waiter kindly told me about the milk... alternatives and said that we must come in and dine. We love teams that love where they work. That is a great sign. The food wasamazing, came out hot, and was full of flavor. Our waiter was on point with his suggestions and we topped it off with a fluffypumpkin spice pancake for our breakfast dessert. The portions are plenty and the food tastes like it was made with care. This place won’t disappoint. All around delicious and delightful. A short ride over from the Mission Valley area. Friendly... staff, huge portions (sharing or take home leftovers).
