4.5 stars! After doing some power shopping at Nordstrom Rack my friend and I were hungry and we spotted Pesto. I got the... eggplant parmigiana with garlic knots and it was amazingly delicious! I cannot say enough good things about this place. Authentic and super healthy Italian food made with the highest quality... ingredients. You can really taste the fresh tomatoes in the pizza sauce. The cheese is to die for and of course, the pesto isone of a kind. I recommend the Cauliflower pizza crust, ANY of their salads, and of course, the pasta! Love this pizza place, you can see their pizza is making from the dough and put it in a hot stone oven, which is nice and... professional. I also like it tastes not too heavy, it?s kinda more like a real Italian or New York style pizza with thin crust.The salad is delicious, we ordered a keto salad, surprisingly they put some capers in the salad to enhance the flavor.
