Had to give this place one star due to a mess up on the order. We ordered grilled shrimp and when we got home there was no... shrimp. When we tried to call a few times no one answered..... ultimately we had to go back to get the correct order so we camehome to cold pho. Clearly their letting the robots do all the work. Read more
Food is great!, but service is horrible. Went for a Family dinner and they made us wait for 30 minutes just to tell us that they... are no longer seating anyone else at 750pm. Very disappointed, management needs help. Read more
Service was good but food was just ok and a bit expensive for what it is.
Ordered a large Pho and 6 Egg Rolls. Seated quick, food came quick, classic Vietnamese cuisine.

Open floor plan, nice ambiance, and cool temp was impressive when I first walked in. Waitstaff was friendly and attentive. ... Great place for a group hangout - I can see that. As for the pho? Eh. The N1 was of moderate quality and not worth the$11.75. The usual accoutrements of fish sauce and chili paste were not on the table even though the sriracha and brown saucewere. I am glad I asked for extra lime because the one served with the brown-tipped sprouts yielded nothing except a challengefor my grip and forearm strength. If you like to eat with the table one inch from your belly, then sit in the booths. I thinkthey were trying to maximize space and had customers with 22 inch waistlines in mind when installing these things. First time here.. sitting area was crowded.. staff is new and friendly.. my chicken was cold when it was served to me but i ask... for another and it was hot the second time around.. garlic wings were not what i had expected. I'm seriously disappointed. My mother and I have been going here for years but today was odd. My mom and I came in like usual,... we stood there for around 5 minutes until another family came in and stood behind us waiting like normal. One half of theirstore was empty and on the side they were serving there were empty tables with no reserved signs. There were 4 employeesstanding around not seating anyone. They'd look at us and then look at another employee like a 'no you do it' look. Eventually15 minutes had passed and the other family had left to go somewhere else, 2 more families stepped in not being seated either. Itgot to the point where we all left because we had been waiting for too long. I don't know if they're understaffed or what butI'll say it was very very strange. They just seemed very disorganized.
