If an owner can please post information for me to contact them that would be greatly appreciated. I had a horrible experience at... this restaurant. Was standing in line after I got my order to ask for additional napkins and the server deliberately ignored meto help the person standing behind me. The person standing behind me had to ask the server to help me because I was clearlystanding in front of her. From the moment I walked in the restaurant I was treated in a rude manner. I waited at the counter for2 minutes before he took my order or acknowledged I was standing there. This incident happened on Sunday, September 11 around1pm. This issue needs to be addressed. Love the place. Cheap and nice place to have lunch. Their lunch combo is amazing, price and the quality of the food.
Normally I would give this place more stars, however I had to wait f o r e v e r for the food. They kept apologizing to all... of us. They needed more hands on deck. Especially now that random drivers are coming in to deliver to people at home. Even moredisappointing was getting home to find out they did not give me brown rice only white. Good sized restaurant. Tasty fast fresh food! I ordered 2 spring rolls and Pad Thai noodles with extra veggies and a fountain... drink. They make everything to order and it came out hot and pretty quickly. Be sure to get 1 dip per egg roll if getting it togo. For fast food I thought this place was pretty good! The homeless loitering in front of the store looked scary. The floor inside was sticky. Two employees were talking together in... front of the front counter. They could have been cleaning up inside and out. People don't know how to clean anymore. Mopingshould pick up dirt, not just slosh it around. It was too dirty everywhere. I won't be going back.
