Happened to be cruising by the Aero Dr/ Santo Rd area of Terra Santa and my husband noticed the Popeyes Chicken . 9pm on a... Wednesday night only 1car on the drive thru and no one inside. I was thinking that they must have just closed but no. We orderedthe 2 can dine for 11.99. you get a total of five pieces of chicken along with a couple of biscuits and two small sides that'sit no drink which after looking at the drink prices and a small rung in at over $3.00 is how it stayed we did not get drinksfrom there! Next stop ampm 32 oz sodas for only 86 cents out the door. As for service, it was great the cashier was bothefficient and funny and quite frankly the food was great the usual quality that I have come to associate with Popeyes sadlythough they were out of honey and they do not serve any kind of butter or buttery sauce if you will for their biscuits so havingordered it to eat in the car and not having any buttter with us the biscuits were wasted. Their side dishes come in two sizesbut they are poorly named because the individual should be more like child size and the large would be a individual adult size. The attention to detail is top shelf at this store, the staff have attended to me within 1 minute of me entering the store. The... cashier was unable to find something on the register so I was given it free of charge. These staff Members should berecognized for their high level of professionalism and attentiveness to the customers received. Keep up the amazing work youguys and ladies do every day. First and foremost the customer service here is top notch! I appreciate it so much more than some of the other Popeyes in the... area. Each time I come here I?m greeted with a smile. With that said I want to acknowledge Brandon for his excellent customerservice. He is so nice! Actually all the employees here are very nice. This particular Popeye?s franchise has a very diversestaff, which makes me appreciate coming here even more. I also want to thank Tori who is one of the owners. Tori/Toryimmediately took care of one of my issues with courtesy, grace and concern. Tori also shared the information with one of herassistant managers/ team members, Janetsey. When I arrived at Popeyes again, Janetsey was extremely gracious, considerate and kind. Janetsey went above and beyond to help me as well. Will definitely be back to this Popeyes and I encourage anyone whowants really good, fresh and well seasoned chicken along with excellent service and wonderful smiles to come to Santo Road. First time at this location. The people where very nice and helpful, me and the wife where having issues trying to decide what... to buy. The helpful person at the register suggested a family meal that was economical and got us what we wanted. Love thechicken, even over KFC . I use to be a big fan of KFC. Now Popeye's is my favorite friend chicken place. Also only of theonly places you can still get a fried apple pie!! Oh those things are bad for you .. but they are so good!!. I hate McDonald'sstopped making them.. if I wanted healthy I would not be going to far food restaurants, I know what I'm getting. And every oneelse should too.
