Honestly, after 7 pm, don't expect too much. They were out of sandwhiches, and only had 3 drink options. The chicken was... alright, but the tenders were little pieces of chicken batter. I went in to get the rest of the order that was missing. I thinkthe drive thru guy was mad. I love Popeyes chicken still but the food wasn't what I'm used to at other locations. Read more
That black lady manager during the afternoon shift was a B and rude/condescending to her male employees. I had a coupon for free... 2-piece chicken and a biscuit with large drink purchase. Didn't know bringing in a coupon was going to be such a bother.Condescending to me when I asked for a Mardi Gras Mustard pack - "it's free this time, but .25 next time " She made sure tomention numerous times it was .25 for sauces. We used the drive thru window thinking it would be faster but we didn't expect to wait,32 minutes for 1 chicken sandwich 4... chicken tenders and an apple pie that was not delivered , we were instructed to park and wait , 20 min.later I walk inside toask about my order stood there for a few min.until one team mem ber asked if I needed help I then asked about my order , shethen asked another team member who said the order was ready just waiting for the pie . I then waited about ,10 more min. Then Iasked them to deliver my chicken without the pie. Totally unacceptable Read more
I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, paid for it. Then I asked for a cup for water. They said I can't have a cup of water (... the machine was right there) and that I have to BUY a drink. I asked for a refund to cancel my order, said they can't. Nevergoing back to this location again, shares building and terrible parking lot with a 7-11. Read more
The staff were tired or sleepy. We ordered coke but they gave us Dr. Pepper instead. We realized when we got home. The food was... ok at it's best. But biscuits were really delicious. The chicken was fresh. It was OK at it's best. But doesn't persuade me tohave it again. Read more
I love the spicy chicken and red beans and rice, but 2 out of the last 3 times I have been there my order has been messed up. I... quit ordering the fries because more often than not they are not fresh. Lately the chicken has been over cooked. And mostrecently the biscuits were like hockey pucks. Staff Night Shift Working around 9:15-10:00pm on Friday November 4, 2022 were all high as hell. I saw the staff smoking weed in... the parking lot while waiting their slow drive through. Don?t they have a timer?? Staff would come out to ?throw away trash?.They were so slow with their order for them not to have half the menu SUPPOSEDLY.
