It?s Monday at 4pm and only 4 cars in front. Still took 20 minutes. Food came out warm with flimsy fries and tenders not crispy... at all. Asked for extra sauce they charge $0.45 for one. Paid the $0.45 and they gave me one. See the size of the sauce. Verypoor experience. Paid over $16 plus $.45 for 1 extra sauce and not crispy flimsy luke warm food. Come on Raising Crane.Expected much better service and quality. Read more

Placed a mobile order and pickup said it?d be ready at 6:34pm. I pull up and wait 30 minutes no one?s come out so I walk in and... let them know I have a mobile order. The cashier lady says it?s not ready. I understand, so I ask if I could order at theregister and cancel my mobile order. She says if you already paid it?s best to just wait. I go back outside and wait for myorder another 30 minutes?. Finally a worker comes out with my food. At this point I have waited an hour for my food and my luckit was cold?. Means it was waiting to be taken out. At least leave orders under the warmer so they can keep warm. Disappointed. Read more

Went to the Mira Mesa boulevard location today 8-2-22. Once again stupid me wants to see what all the hype is about. I got 8... chicken fingers, crinkle fries, two Texas toast, and 4 containers of cane sauce. $20 for everything.I heard from a formeremployee they let the chicken fingers soak in MSG all night. It tasted like this whole meal was soaked in MSG all night ,way toosalty! I haven't felt this disgusted after eating a fast food meal in a long time. After eating this meal it makes you feellike a legit redneck from down south. Inbred and everything. Highly overrated, not even in the same class as Chick-fil-A orPopeye's. I do not recommend, I will not be going back. Read more

Best fried chicken I?ve ever had in the US so far, their cane?s sauce is really good. The fried chicken itself is really good... too. I love the sandwich- the combo of fried crispy chicken with their soft bun and their raising canes sauce- it?s amazing Read more

Got the Box Combo with 4 Chicken Fingers, Texas Toast, Crinkle-Cut Fries, Coleslaw, and a regular Sweet Tea. The chicken was... tasty, very tender, and juicy. The Cane's dipping sauce was good, but better when I mixed in a packet of the Louisiana HotSauce. The Texas Toast and Crinkle-Cut Fries were good. The Sweet Tea was not overly sweet. The Coleslaw was excellent, crunchy fresh, with a perfect balance of vinegar and sweetness. Read more

Ok food. Busy place. Expect to clean your own table before you sit down though and take out your own trash. The employees sit in... the dinning room and play on their phones and when they come in from the drive through they just look at the trash on the groundand on the tables and laugh. This team needs some work on being attentive. Read more

It was very busy. I was recommended this place by a friend. I was sceptical at first. Ordered the chicken sandwich with fries... and cane sauce . It was great. The sauce makes a world of difference . Read more

First time here and was looking forward to it after all the hype. At least a 25 minute wait in the drive-thru. Honestly, if you... presented this to me and told me it was from Jack-in-the-box, I?d believe you. They specialize in chicken strips but there wasnothing special about it. Tasted average, like you could get this off of any menu. If a restaurant specializes in some thing itbetter be off the charts. Now, looks can be deceiving. My picture looks decent, right? Well here goes?food was bland- fries wereunsalted, bread was toasted with barely a hint of butter, and mild seasoning on the chicken strips. I give two stars for thechicken being temperature hot upon eating & also good texture and the cane sauce was tasty. Also, ordered 10 strips and receivedtwo containers of cane sauce. Ran out of sauce on the 6th strip. Save yourself the trip. Read more
