Someone at round tables corporate needs to help this badly understaffed or poorly managed place out quickly. It's almost... impossible to get food delivered from there because they end up cancelling the orders, then going there doesn't work becausethey're so heavily backed up in orders. Ordered a pizza at 1:30 to be picked up at 3:30. When I got there the pizza wasn't even started, so I was extremely upset... because I had already paid for it so I waited , when I finally got to my car with my pizza I decided to look at it to make sureit was correct, it wasn't, there weren't any mushrooms on it that I paid for so I took it back in only to have them grab a hugehandful of raw mushrooms and stick it back in the oven for 2 minutes. I?m sorry but I experience the worst customer service here. I walked in and the lady didn?t even say hi or smiled. She literally... gave me a blank stare and she came across as very rude. I placed an order for personal pizza she took the money, went back-didn?t wash her hands and used them to make my pizza which also looked disgusting. The only thing she said was it will take 10mins. We order King Arthur pizza , the flavor was great. The place had a few tables dirty, you can tell they are not been clean often.
My family and I visited from Utah where we used to have one but no longer so when we saw this, we had to stop! It has been so... long since we've had it and it was just like we remember it; perfect crust and quality toppings! Better than the pizza was theservice! We had a worker named Debra who hooked us up and really just went above and beyond! Super friendly and came back andchecked on us while eating and chatted with us! The small Pepperoni pizza I got was perfect, however my buddy's small veggie pizza was over loaded. So much so, that the cheese... under the mountain of ingredients didn't melt properly and the dough under the cheese still felt "doughey". It appeared thateverything was just thrown onto it. It tasted alright, but lacked some attention to detail. The service was prompt and the younglady working the register was efficient and accommodating. Will return for more delicious pizza. Read more
I hadn't had Round Table in over 25 years, since moving away from California. On a trip back, not only was I excited to see them... still around, but overjoyed to find out they're every bit as good as I remember. Spend the money, get a King Arthur's. Read more
