I was on a business trip for 2 weeks and I found this GEM my last week and regret I didn't find it sooner. The food was amazing... and filling! I went here for 5 days straight and if I lived closer I would continue eating at this place. 10/10 would eat again Read more

There's Indian food, and then there's Indian *cuisine*. This falls into the latter category. It's a large menu full of equally... delicious, high-end preparations. A particular favorite is the white-wine chicken curry, but their more traditional dishes arealso fantastic. Read more

I ordered chicken biryani and chicken 65. Biryani is Ok. However, for chicken 65, which they charge for $16, I was not expecting... they use chicken nuggets, (the burger-king type chick-nuggets, not even the Costco type real meat nuggets). 1. Chicken 65 shouldbe deep fried chicken meat, not the faked nuggets. 2. The taste of Chicken 65 is very soggy, sour, and salty. Definitelydifferent from other India restaurants that we've tried. Very disappointing. Read more

I love love love Indian food. It's one of my favorite things! Royal India is authentic and feels so homey. Every dish is out of... this world delicious. I went with the lychee martini, the tandoori wings, the chicken masala & the spicy chicken. First off, thelychee martini was perfection. I'll definitely be back to get this! The wings were so flavorful, I could of eaten them all. Thechicken Masala was one of the best I've ever had. It felt like a great comfort food. My friend got the spicy chicken Kabab andhe cleared his plate lol. To add onto the gotear food, service was amazing. They really take care of you and make sure you'rehappy with the meal! I'll be back soon for that martini! Read more

This place is over priced. Portion is very small. This is $21 Chicken Tikki Masala and $23 Lamb with pineapple on the dinner... menu, both in a tiny to-go box. They are more like a kids meal, rather than an dinner meal for adult. This is the smallest to-gobox I had from any restaurant. Taste is so so. We went there because of a buy one get one coupon and wanted to give it a try.The fine print says the free entry is limited at $12 max and you have to buy 2 drinks. It turned out one small drink is $7. Letme clarify it is not a glass of wine. And they do not have any entry below $12. It totally ruined my lunch mood after I figuredout all the tricks. I can not trust this place. Will not come back again. Read more

Today I visited Royal India located in Delmar. Scrumptious food, lit ambience and swift service. Everything from presentation of... food to taste is truly amazing. We started off with mango lassi which was super refreshing. Tandoori Paneer Tikka is definitelya must try here. In Mains malai kofta was extremely delicious. In dessert pistachio kulfi and shahi mango is my absolutefavourite. All in all it was truly amazing. Read more

On Sundays, a champagne buffet lunch is an option and is $15.99 a person. For non-alcoholic options you can request for soda,... chai tea or mango lassi. The lunch included three veggie dishes, two kinds of basmati rice and two chicken curry dishes. Theflavors I feel we're lacking. Needed more bolder Indian spices. The restaurant is clean and very empty when I got there. I wasonly the 2nd customer during lunch around 12 noon. Read more

The service and ambience are always amazing, but the food is just ok. The tandoori chicken was almost fall off the bone, but... lacked basic flavor. The butter chicken tasted good, but the curry was not as creamy. Mutter Paneer was surprisinglydelicious. For the price, the portion sizes are small, but the dining experience is finer than most other Indian restaurants. Read more
