Horrible customer service. They burned my food, i brought it back and showed them, they argued with me about how it was supposed... to be like that. It was also missing a topping, and they argued with me about that too even though it was clearly on thereceipt. They said they couldn?t issue a refund because it was an online order. The girl at register kept rolling her eyes andmaking faces at me with the customers. Very unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. i was not happy with the food.. it shouldn?tbe an argument!! What kind of customer service is that? It should be as simple as what can i do to fix it? I?ve neverexperienced such horrible customer service. I didn?t even get my refund. On the app it says contact store for order issues. Ieat here all the time and have never had this issue. The foods were a little dry, long wait time. The taste was good.
I also got food poisoning at this location today. Ate around noon, sick at 4pm. Nothing else eaten all day except routine... items at my house. It was the chicken chopped salad. Explosive dia....
